If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at email@example.com. Please include at least 3 photos of your damaged product. We will email you back with instructions on how to return your item. We value our customers and we will either send a replacement or fully refund your purchase of the damaged product. No need to worry, shipping charges are on us, both for the returned item and the replacement.
